Data gathered here, how we use it, and what we don't. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birth date, how you'd rate your health, tobacco status, desired benefit, and contract length. This data routes to the carriers' rate engine and returns pricing; we don't retain it. Your name, home, phone, or email aren't requested for quoting. Identical repeated requests may be answered from a brief cache to spare the quoting system a re-run.

Applying

If you proceed to apply, your earlier answers populate a secure form on the carriers' app—you then follow their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), oversees the process.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, optional phone, preferred reply method, subject, and message. Your message travels by email to the agency and your email becomes the return path. We archive no messages, maintain no submission log, and retain no record of what you typed. A brief anti-spam test runs on your device before the form sends.

Measurement

We monitor page traffic via first-party, cookie-free analytics run from this domain. No cookies or user tokens are placed; your IP address gets two octets blanked before storing; referral strings are stripped; visitor logs expire after 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled aren't counted.

What we do not do

Your data is not sold, shared, or shadowed by ad networks or outside tracking. The sole external code is the carriers' app tool, which only loads on the application page if you navigate there.
